AFGRI is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Billing and Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Centurion. Key Responsibilities:
Financial and Billing Administration:
Execute precise invoice review,purchase order generation, and account reconciliation tasks. Manage the end-to-end monthly billing process, ensuring strict alignment with client contracts and payment schedules. You will serve as the central point for all billing queries, taking ownership of their investigation and timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction and financial accuracy.
Office Administration:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure optimal resource availability and a smoothly functioning work environment.This includes managing relationships with vendors, coordinating the onboarding process for new suppliers, and planning company events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Additional duties encompass fleet management and the administration of corporate credit cards.
Travel and Accommodation:
Coordinate all aspects of business travel,including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. You will also be responsible for the administration of Foreign Exchange (FOREX) requirements and travel insurance for staff, ensuring all trips are well-organized and compliant with company policy.
Minimum Requirements:
· Grade 12 qualification.
· A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration.
· A Financial diploma or relevant certificate.
· A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial and billing administration.
· 2 to 3 years of experience within an IT and/or office administration environment.
Technical Competencies:
· High proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
· Working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP is a distinct advantage.
· Superior document management and compilation abilities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong business and financial acumen.
· High-level administrative and coordination skills.
