Role Overview
As a Stores Clerk, you will be the custodian of our material flow, responsible for the complete cycle of inventory management within a sophisticated electronic manufacturing environment. Your core mandate is to execute precise receiving, storing, issuing, and recording of all materials in strict adherence to technical and quality standards, including ESD, FIFO, ROHS, and REACH requirements. You will interact daily with our MRP system to ensure real-time data accuracy, support production timelines, and uphold audit-ready documentation. This position is ideal for a detail-obsessed individual who thrives on structure, values compliance, and is driven by a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities

· Accurately allocate materials to designated storage locations, works orders, and requisitions, following MRP system directives.
· Execute precise binning, labelling, and physical placement of components, ensuring compliance with lot control, ESD, and environmental regulations.
· Pick and issue stock against approved job cards with high accuracy, directly supporting production efficiency and schedule adherence.
Inventory Control & System Management
· Maintain impeccable inventory records by capturing all stock movements in the MRP system in real time.
· Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in stock audits to identify and rectify discrepancies, minimizing risk of loss or obsolescence.
· Manage the end-to-end flow of goods, from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring traceability and proper documentation at every stage.
· Proactively identify process inefficiencies and contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving overall stock accuracy.
Compliance, Safety & Reporting
· Ensure full compliance with all relevant standards (ROHS, REACH, FIFO) and internal quality management systems.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment, promptly reporting any OHS, ISO, or procedural non-compliance issues.
· File all GRNs and inventory documentation systematically to guarantee full audit trail and traceability.
· Provide accurate and timely feedback to supervisors and adhere strictly to company policies and the disciplinary code.
